Exchange & Repair Policy

For any exchange & repair customer must have proof of purchase. Monarch reserves the right to refuse any request not meeting specified conditions outlined in the policy and stock not available of specific pair.

EXCHANGE POLICY

REPAIR POLICY

  • Customers are eligible for repairs within 3 months of the original purchase data for manufacturing defects or damage, including:

Breakage of sole

Lining or upper getting shrunk.

Peeling of faux leather.

  • Repairs are free of charge if the damage is deemed to be due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by customer misuse, including visible cuts or intentional damage is not eligible for claim.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse any repair request that do not meet the specified criteria.

  • Customers may exchange their purchased items with in 15 days of the original purchase date for size or color change, subject to item availability.

  • The exchanged item must be unused, with tags attached.

  • Customer caused damage is not eligible for exchange.
